Crossover Health partnered with Young Automotive Group to be the dedicated health provider for Young’s employees, and they needed a clinic in Layton fast. We turned an existing 2,700 sq ft space into a full medical office in about 3 months.
Time was tight, so we split the work into two phases. While drawings and permits were in progress, we did everything we could without a permit. That’s when we found a leak that had been going on for years. Water was getting in at the roof and running down a drain line inside the wall. We cut out the wall, fixed the drain, did mold mitigation and replaced the water-damaged framing. Catching it early meant it never held up the schedule.
Once the permit came through, we demoed the interior walls and rebuilt the space with a completely new floor plan:
